Red Wine Marinated Grilled Skirt Steak
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs skirt steak
- 1 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
To make the marinade, put minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, smoked paprika, and red wine in a bowl
Put the skirt steak in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over it
Make sure the meat is well covered
Cover or seal the bag and put it in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the skirt steak that has been marinated out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes
Grill the steak for four to five minutes on each side, or until it's done the way you like it
After taking the steak off the grill, let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it
