Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs gluten-free if desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buffalo Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • BBQ Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Teriyaki Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 425F 220C

Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet

In three different bowls, mix flour and almond milk to make the batter in one, breadcrumbs in another, and the ingredients for each sauce in the other two

First, coat the cauliflower florets with the batter

Then, cover them with breadcrumbs

Put on the baking sheet that has been prepared

Put cauliflower in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it's golden brown and crispy

Make the sauces while you wait

Melt vegan butter, add hot sauce, and mix in maple syrup

This makes buffalo sauce

Mix BBQ sauce, agave syrup, and soy sauce together to make BBQ sauce

Soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger should all be mixed together to make teriyaki sauce

When the cauliflower is done, add the sauce of your choice and toss each batch until it is evenly covered

Put it on the table hot and dip it in vegan ranch or your favorite sauce
