No Churn Key Lime Pie Ice Cream



Indulge in the refreshing flavors of key lime pie with this easy no-churn ice cream recipe. Creamy, tangy, and with a hint of sweetness, it's the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime zest
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk optional, for extra sweetness

Instructions:

Put sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, and lime juice in a bowl and mix them together

Combine well

Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

Add the whipped cream slowly to the condensed milk mixture and mix it well

You can add more condensed milk if you want it to be sweeter

Put half of the mixture into a loaf pan or another container that won't let air in

Throw in half of the graham cracker crumbs on top of the mix

Add more layers with the rest of the mixture and graham cracker crumbs

Lay the lid or plastic wrap over the pan and freeze it for at least six hours or overnight

If you want, you can serve ice cream scoops with extra graham cracker crumbs on top
